Tomahawk Ribeye Steak

 2 1 1/2” Tomahawk ribeyes (that’s inch and a half!), grass-fed preferably
 freshly course-ground pepper

Season both sides of steaks. Place on a screaming-hot surface to sear, turning after 1 minute. Put steaks on the grill method of your choice. Let cook for 7 minutes per side for medium-rare. Longer for doneness preference. Let rest 10 minutes before carving. Pour juices back over carved steak and serve.
