The wines we like to drink and the wines we enjoy making express the true essence of the grape. We believe that wine should firstly express the nature of the fruit itself and secondly the spirit of the winemaker. My favorite wine to make is Petit Syrah. It is bold, inky, fruit-forward with good mouthfeel and a rounded tannic structure.
